
Mercedes-Benz senior marketing manager Michael Kanzleiter, said that the use of the said IPAD units focuses on dealer-manufacturer relationship improvement, unlike before wherein promos and rewards are basically targeted on consumers. The said manager from Mercedes Benz Financial of Farmington Hills, MI also added that dealers with such tools as IPADs would greatly improve the way they deal with customers. He also stated that when dealers have in hand all dealer platform needs would help present all details and information needed, this would eliminate the need for both dealer and customer to walk around the showroom floor. Aside on IPADS, the MB advantage program is also available on desktop computers also, Mercedes-Benz’s goal is to make each dealer more mobile and to make them more flexible when they are assisting clients whether they are leasing or buying a vehicle.
